The 2017 Riesling comes from the Nicholas Vineyard, now called the Grand Oak Vineyard, sits a 544ft of elevation on SE facing slopes of fine Jory and Laurelwood soils, in the Chehalem Mountain AVA in Oregon. Riesling grapes are particularly well suited to the cool site, yielding very concentrated flavors with ample acidity and length. The residual sugar in our Riesling makes it an excellent pairing for spicy dishes, especially those with an Asian influence.
