Located in Washington’s acclaimed Horse Heaven Hills AVA, Alder Ridge Vineyard was originally planted in 1997 and remains one of the most reputable vineyards in the Columbia Valley. The site is known for exceptionally long hang times, due to the moderating effect of the river on summer heat spikes and winter freezes.

Cabernet is a perfect pairing for rich red meat dishes. The rich 2016 vintage would be a great match for roast beef.
